Two mornings of birding in terrible dark wet weather.  but I had a few lucky shots.  I was at Mount Auburn Cementary on Wednesday, but the presence of a hawk (pictured) kept things pretty well hidden, and then about 20 lawn mowers arrived, effectively cancelling out the bird song.  Then Friday, at Parker River,  a far better day, tons of warblers, but again, very bad visibility.  But the Magnolia shots were really satisying, and the Black-billed Cuckoo (a life list bird!) was very exciting. And another Red-tail, of course.
