NH Reunion Blog 1

I'm going to post the photos from the reunion as they came out of different cameras.  These are all from my IPhone, which does a remarkable job.  Enjoy.
The hike into the Nature Preserve.  A unique, in my experience, concentration of mosquitoes.
Thanks, Bruce and Barbara, for the toilet paper.

Magnificent frog, 4 " long.

Once in a while, you just have to send the child to her room.
Leah, behind one of the many artistic touches in the house.

The highlight for me (besides the ice cream) was the
Basin-Cascade trail, which Bill introduced us to.  You could hike as much or as little as you
wanted to, and you would still see endless cataracts.  What a pleasure.

Bill, Bruce, and a fantastic U carved out of the rock.

And here is the "Basin"

All of the rivers and falls had far more-than-average water flows.

Further up the trail, more cataracts. Bill

The house, which was delightful.  Susan and I had a very, very soft bed, not what we were used to,
but we fell into it every night, exhausted,  and after the first night, we really slept.  Great NH air helped.

Between Barbara's remarkable planning and organization, and Susan's meals planned and cooked before we ever
left MA, it was a great experience.

Back to home, and Monday grandchild care (Carter with Grandpa at the Halifax playground.
