Photos I have certainly taken before, but when the sunlight comes out and makes all the detail so there (look at the delicate fall feathers on those Plovers), well...
It's just as well we walked on Wednesday, because today (Friday) is almost frigid.
The fall colors aren't quite here yet, but Pratt is still wonderful. If you want to visit, it is on Rt. 105, just South of the intersection with Rt. 44 in Middleboro, and going South, it is on the left. Of all the trails, perhaps the loveliest is the one around the lake to the left.
