Despite being unable to visit indoors with Ken and family, or Scott and family, Susan made a truly outstanding and festive occasion of Thanksgiving day dinner, preparing turkey, dressings, pie AND cake, a twice-baked potato, cranberry sauce, pumpkin rolls, and a good Pinot Noir and Gewürztraminer.
And we did get together with everyone the following Saturday, meeting at a wonderful discovery, Hopkinton State Park, with some beautiful trails, a huge lake and an enormous causeway and dam.
So here are some celebratory photos.
