I will not try to name every restaurant I visited in Spain, and with Don in Rome, but two really stand out, the restaurant in Tarifa at my hotel, which was superb, and possibly the best of the entire trip, Francesca's in Rome very near our Hotel de Melini. But everything was so delicious, fresh, and always with a good bottle of wine. And the Gelato!
