A blog with various things, but mostly about a day up at the Botanical Gardens at Tower Hill. We started out to go to the Garden in the Woods, a wonderful woods filled with natural wild flowers (it was "Trillium week") but when we got there it was overun with people smart enough to get there early, so we changed destination and went to Tower Hill, a spectacular botanical garden, with variously themed gardens. And It was a perfect day to wander around. This was Friday before Mother's day, so we went out to dinner (unfortunately the meal disappointed), but all in all, a very rewarding day, and there were trilliums.
So here we go.
