I took a ferry ride to Block Island on Wednesday, hoping to see some sea birds, had zero luck, but it was a spectacular day, I had Roy Campbell along, fellow trombonist, long-time friend, who had never been to Block Island, so we made a day of it, and it was a very rewarding day. (I got back to land at 4:00 PM, and met Scott for the movies, the new "Mad Max", great entertainment!)
And here are some pictures.
The first series are with my 400mm lens
